ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Charges which are input in OBTFPM are not getting captured in OBTF for the import documentary collection return


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Charges to be shown in the trade finance accounting entries.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in to OBTFPM
2. Go to Trade Finance.
3. Go to Import documentary collection return
