DEF-55440: DEV: DV Settlements changed when modifying contract via GW
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Post Modification and save, the settlement details should be same as counterparty CASA account details.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create contract via GW with settlement details on counterparty’ CASA account (contract is in unauthorized status)
2. Unlock and Save in Flexcube, done by business non-auto-auth user.
The result is that after Modify of contract (Unlock/Save) system changes the settlements details, ie there are Settlement details retrieved from ISDINSTN (in which the settlement details are setup on Module (DV) and Currency (CZK) level) instead of counterparty’s CASA account details.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system fetching the settlement details from ISDINSTN which is incorrect behaviour.
