Sorting icon is not working for transaction type on Current & Savings Account Transaction Screen

Sorting icon should work for transaction type on Current & Savings Account Transaction Screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Navigate to Accounts > Current & Savings > Transactions
3. click on the ^ besides the Transaction type
