ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System allowing to register multiple Amendments under same guarantee Reference numbers without completing the previous amendments for same contract


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not allow to register multiple amendment without complete previous amendments

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sigin to OBTFPM
2. Go to Trade Finance
3. Go to Guarantee Issuance
