Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

REIMBRSMNT_CLM not picking at contract level hence MT742 not generating

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should pick the claim reimbursement given to generate MT742

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OBTFPM application
2. GO to Trade FInance
3. Go to BC process
