PIDINSVW-On processing txn from repair Queue instrument number should populated
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Txn from OBDX moves to repair queue with invalid MIS.
2. On repairing txn in repair queue, the transaction is processed and accounting entries are success.
3. But instrument number is not populated after auth.
