ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Pacs008 going into repair due to non-availability of settlement method
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
pacs008 must be processed successfully
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload an incoming RTGS message which shall be result into cross border SWIFT MX payment
2. Settlement method is CLRG
3. Message is successfully uploaded and Passthrough txn is formed
4. We observe that settlement method of the txn is NULL
5. Due to this, outgoing Pacs008 has gone into repair
6. We expect that system shall resolve settlement method for outgoing payment based in ccy correspondent relation of instructed agent
