ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bank is not able to change loading bar color of pre login screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Bank should be able to change loading bar color of pre login screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
Issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Make branding related color changes in <CHANNEL_PATH>/extensions/sass/extensions.scss
2. Create build and deploy. Observe color changes for loading bar done in step 1 are not reflected for the loading bar.
