While trying the scenario to send MT799 through Internal amendment with the common message option as per oracle approach document  OBTF170_OBTF47_OBTFPM_Common_Group_Message but unable to complete the Guarantee Internal amendment


ERROR

Unable to process charge simulation request. -
ST-VALS-009 - Duplicate Records in Party Details for Contract Reference-032LGPB241220006:Party Type-ABK


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign  into OBTFPM application
2. Go to Trade Finance
3. Go to Guarantee Internal Amendment
