Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Collected some bank charges under Drawee/Drawer IC screen and tried liquidating the bill in OBTFPM. Those charges have been captured under CHG1_LIQD_AMTEQ component and it got reflected in OBTFPM under accounting entries tile but for the same contract, CHG1_LIQD_AMTEQ component has not been reflecting in OBTF after the contract got authorized in OBTFPM. Also charges which inputted under drawer/drawee IC screen was removed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

CHG1_LIQD_AMTEQ component should reflecting in OBTF after the contract got authorized in OBTFPM.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign into OBTFPM application and
2. go to Trade Finance
3. Go to Bills and COllection(BCDTRONL) and check in CSDTFACE screen to check the liquidation entries
