OBBRN cheque book type is not fetching the lov individually - LOV issue


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

cheque book type should fetch the lov individually.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto cheque book request operation
2. Fetch the Cheque book type


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, cheque book type is not fetching the lov individually.
