ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Intermediary details under Settlement screen details is getting reset at partial bill liquidation

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Intermediary details should not reset at subsequent payments and should have values input at that particular version of payment.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Made partial payment with intermediary MRMDUS33.
2. Liquidate again for further payment by removing intermediary details
3. Save the liquidation.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have values input at particular version of payment.
