Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
UAT_OBTFPM_Import lc issuance processed, Limit balance available amount showing 0 but limit balance response message showing balance available.
Similar case in Scrutiny and DE stage.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show the available limit balance when try to save and close of limits.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign into OBTFPM application
2. Go to Trade Finance
3. Go to Import LC Issuance
