Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------
While doing payment transaction such as internal or domestic transfers with more amount than available balance in an account,

When payment fails generic error shown as: Internal account transfer failed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When such error occurs more clear message should be displayed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into application
2. Initiate payment transaction with more amount than available balance
