Symptoms

Users have created BC Issue against account, and system automatically moves the status to Pending. Even when user trying to confirm the transaction from "Sent Back" queue system throws below error.

 RM-TX-PM-01: Transaction status is pending, waiting for the notification from payment system

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Branch.
2. Do BC Issuance Against Account


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do BC Issuance Against Account as expected.
