ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On doing Teller Transaction-FX Sale (Walk-in) system updates the JOD till balance with charge amount as well, even if teller enabled Charge Waiver.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If charge is waived during Teller Transaction-FX Sale (Walk-in), it should not reflect in Till Balance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to application.
2. Do Teller Transaction-FX Sale (Walk-in), waiving charges.
3. Verify Till Vault Position.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot waive charges as expected during Teller Transaction-FX Sale (Walk-in)
