Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

SYSTEM ERROR OCCURRED ERROR IN PXDCMN90 SCREEN DURING AUTHORIZATION

It seems the Value for F.52 was mandatory, but system still allowed to save the PXDCMN90 transaction with Ordering Institution.
During Authorization we get this ‘SYSERROR’. On providing the F.52 value we were able to authorize.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Book a Transaction in PXDCMN90 & Save
2. Authorize and check Message

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Authorize the Transaction
