ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to process the records in GESMRGTR

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to process the request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a customer under STDCIF
2. Created a facility
3. Created the GEDMERGE record
4. Tried to process the merge request using the GESMRGTR

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process merge request using GESMRGTR.
