Unable to open the exception transactions in PGSOVIEW and PGSOTONL screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to open the transaction
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to OBPM
2.Navigate to PGSOVIEW and PGSOTONL screen
3.Search the exception transaction
