ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SI Reports - SIRPDUE and SIRPDELT - blank reports are getting generated

SIRPDUE and SIRPDELT -- blank reports are getting generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

SIRPDUE and SIRPDELT - Should generate the reports.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

SIRPDUE Details:
Reports that fall due today or due from previous days have to be generated as per the UM, however blank report is getting generated even though there are SIs that are due today and there are SIs pending from last few days.

SIRPDELT Details:
1. Screen Header Says Closed Standing Orders Report, in the UM details says this report contains the SIs that are placed today can be generated.
2. However, the report generated is blank, even though there was SI opened just before the report generation and also tried by closing an SI to see if the closed SIs report is generated.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the SI reports.
