ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBCFPM CAMS - In CP initiation Existing Customers are Not Fetching

In CP initiation, after inputting the External customer number data is not fetching.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Existing customer to be fetched


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBCFPM
2. Launch CP initiation
3. Click on Existing -> Select Customer
4. After Passing External Customer Number, no results are fetched


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot fetch existing customer from the LOV
