OBPM INTERNAL VALIDATIONS SHOULD APPEAR DURING SAVE AND NOT DURING AUTHORIZATION

During authorization checker gets error messages as per the below screenshot. But these validations are internal to OBPM. There is no external handoff. Instrument Amount, Instrument date and Instrument status are internally stored in OBPM tables.

validations do not appear during save If we want to make transactions user friendly, we can stop it during save instead of transactions going to authorizer and authorizer informing maker of these errors.
