Symptoms

OBVAM - Warnings in View Internal Transfer Before or After Authorization

User is viewing an Internal Transfer Transaction. While doing so, irrespective of before or after authorization, Virtual Account Number Fields under Transaction Details and Offset Details sections are showing as Warnings as "No Record Found"


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not throw any warning at the view stage as the entered values are validated successfully at create stage.


WARNING
-----------------------
Virtual Account Number Field -> No Record: No matching records found for the entered value


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to OBVAM --> Transactions --> Internal transfer --> View internal transfer
2. Select a record and click on view (before authorization / after authorization), Virtual Account Number fields are showing as error no record found.
3. Also, Original Ref No is not generated during the Creation of Internal Transfer.


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, system displayed Virtual Account Number as No record found in View screen
