Inward messages uploaded in UBS cannot be seen in MSSINBRW in fcubs

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Inward messages uploaded in UBS should be seen in MSSINBRW in fcubs

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload an incoming message into FCUBS
2.check in MSSINBRW Screen.
