In the screen PXDOTONL , MT 103 "Message status" is "generated" instead of "Handed off"
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Message status should be "Handed off"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to PXDOTONL screen and enter a cross border payment.
2. Enrich and save the record.
3. Authorize the record.
4. Go to PXDOVIEW screen to see accounting entries and generated message status.
