Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank user not getting charges (pricing info) populated while initiating payment SWIFTMX (cross border generic ISO ) transfer from postman API in OBPM 
however, for the same source/network/currency/account combination pricing details (Charges) are populated for cross border generic ISO transfer (PSDOCBCT) screen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Charge not collected for generic wires payment
