OBCFPM CFAM - In Write up, Document Upload is failing
In CFAM flow users are trying to do a Write up & uploading Document for the same write up.
When they are uploading a doc, it is throwing error.

DU001 - Document Upload is Failure
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Facility Amendment
2. Move to Write Up Stage
3. Upload a new document
4. System is throwing error,

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload document in Write Up stage
