ELCM | System Is Not Fetching Collateral Category In Vehicles Type Collateral (Doc ID 3048591.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System have defined type as VEHICLES in GCDCOLTY screen then created a category using defined type from GCDCOLCA. After that created a vehicle type collateral using GCDCOLV screen. System saved collateral but then no new collateral was created because no category was fetched from LOV. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should fetch Collateral category from GCDCOLLV screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain Collateral type in GCDCOLTY screen.
2. Maintain Category for same collateral in GCDCOLCA screen.
3. Verify whether the user able to fetch GCDCOLV LOV.
