Symptoms
When attempting to do term deposit transaction, the following error occurs.

Account Relationship mapping is not available. Please contact your bank administrator.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail account.
2. Navigate to Current and Saving--> Term Deposit--> Transaction.
3. Error appears as "Account Relationship mapping is not available. Please contact your bank administrator."

Due to this issue, users cannot complete term deposit transaction.
