Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Upon saving the origination application in OBO, few details are missing for Existing user. These details are present in flexcube, which should be populated from Flexcube.
Few Details saved in the application are wrong as well.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR


Upon saving the origination application in OBO, all details should be populated properly

STEPS

1. On obdx login screen
2.click on Product offering => saving account =>product list
3.login as registered user => start new application => upload doc => continue=>
on employee info screen=>few details are missing for Existing user and details of
some field is incorrect.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
