ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Unable to VIEW TRANSACTION in Repair Queue screen 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User has to view the transaction in the PQSRPEQU Screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the PQSREPQU screen
2. fetch any records
3. select the check box and click on the view transaction sub-screen
4. The system does not allow opening the transaction once you double-click or click on
  View transaction.
5. Unable to view the transaction in the PQSRPEQU Screen
