MCS Is Populating As Null In Daily Out For Ach Creditout (Doc ID 3048864.1)

Symptoms


For ach credit out transactions, MCS is populating with mcs as NULL and node as FIN in pmtb_msg_dly_out.
Bank user, not maintained FIN anywhere, node is MBOM in sttm_branch_node.
Because of this EMS_OUT_PM is trying to get folder and failing to get outdir. This is resulting in indefinite retries by EMS_OUTPM making schdebugs path full.
