ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User is facing Unhandled Exception while performing DD Inquiry Operation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
DD/BC Inquiry operation should be successful.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform BC/DD Payment by Account.
2. Discard the transaction.
3. Again Perform BC/DD Payment by Account.
4. Perform Inquiry operation.
5. Verify if its successful.
