ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TCS amount is getting debited from Vostro.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
TCS to be debited from transaction debit account i.e customer account even if charge bearer is CRED

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.PSDOCBCT - New - Enter debit account, source code LRS, transfer ccy as USD and amount
2.Enter LRS PAN and purpose code as S0301
3.Enter all other relevant details, select charge bearer as CRED and click on enrich. Save and authorize.
