AR_AP Tracking override is showing without the checkbox.

When liquidating a BC, change some fields in the charge tab then on visiting the split settlement tab system is throwing override - "Party EB_BC_COL1 corresponding to the commission component 500 is not eligible for AR-AP tracking."

Party EB_BC_COL1 corresponding to the commission component 500 is not eligible for AR-AP tracking.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query the account.
2. Liquidation amount is given as full value of the bill.
3. In Charges Tab – Given the EB_BC_COL1 amount as 100 AR_AP Tracing Checkbox is kept uncheck.
4. After closing the same, when we visit the split settlement tab this override is shown.
