Symptoms

While doing Export LC Advice charge simulation is failing
Under additional details commission charges and taxes tab updated settlement accounts and click on recalculate button getting generic Error.

Unable to process charge simulation request - OBRH fail-Exception in Performing Obrh Request.Check Request audit

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign in to OBTFPM application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Export LC Advise
