Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FCUBS | Resolution from Acc Open date on Account Modification

During the account modification, system has posted the entries in ictb_maint_queue from the acc open date.
Also, in this case user as not visited the profit tab.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Entries in ictb_maint_queue should not be posted from Day1


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maker fetches the account details, click on unlock and saved the account.
2. Checker authorized the account.
3. System posted the entries in ictb_maint_queue from acc open date


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system posted entries from acc open date
