Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot create a discounted TD account during EOD processing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to create TD during EOD processing for all the account classes.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run EOD
2. Create a TD through webservice.
3. Verify the TD created successfully.
