VAMI reversal is unauth but OLSVAMND shows record as authorized


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

EXPECTED: Record should be shown as unauth.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract.
2. Run EOD
3. Initiate VAMI to increase principal.
4. Authorize VAMI.
5. Reverse VAMI.
6. Query contract in OLSVAMND
7. RESULT: Record for this contract is shown as authorized.

Changes

 Fix provided for OLSVAMND summary screen will display based on the event sequence and reversal sequence no.
