Symptoms
On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Production SupportOBPM - 14.6.0.4.0 - FX Rate Override Variance
In PXDOTNL screen, give all the details and click on enrich, system will derive the exchange rate for the cross currency for OMR to USD (1.123456). And also, In PMDNWPRF, maintained the exchange rate override stop variance as 100.
When user change the default rate from 1.123456 to 2.4 then system is throwing the error as exchange rate exceeds the stop variance - PA-SV-01 error as expected.
But when decease the exchange rate from 1.123456 to 0.1 system is not throwing any error and system allowed the txn, which is not expected behavior

EXPECTED BEHHAVIOR

When the exchange rate is reduced beyond the variance 100, system should throw the error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In PXDOTNL screen, give all the details and click on enrich, system derived the exchange rate for the cross currency for OMR to USD ex: 1.123456 -> DR account is OMR and Nostro ac is USD.
2. In PMDNWPRF, maintain the exchange rate override stop variance as 100.
3. Change the default rate from 1.123456 to 2.4 then system is throwing the error as exchange rate exceeds the stop variance - PA-SV-01 error as expected.
4. Now decease the exchange rate from 1.123456 to 0.1 system is not throwing any error and system allowed the txn, which is not expected behavior.
5. System should not allow when exchange rate decreased not only when it's increased.
