ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
RETRY FROM ACCOUNTING QUEUE – PQSACCQU FAILED EVEN THOUGH ACCOUNT STATUS WAS CHANGED

AT THE TIME OF TRANSACTION, THE ACCOUNT WAS MARKED FOR NO DEBIT – THEN THE STATUS WAS CHANGED AND RETRIED FROM ACCOUNTING QUEUE.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Accounting should be posted on Repost after correcting the Status

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. do a Transaction from OBPM for a Account marked as No Debit
2. Post Failure, Change the Status in FCUBS of the Account and remove no Debit
3. Repost the Entries again and check

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot repost the failed accounting transaction
