BDF Data Load - Truncate And Load Is Not Behaving As Excepted (Doc ID 3050215.1)

Goal

We are trying to load the data for CustomerIdentificationDocument by creating the custom xml file in bdf/custom folder.

Added the parameter as fullrefreshload is equal to true. But the data was not loading in the truncate and load mode, it was loading as incremental mode.
