Interbank Settlement Amount not same as transfer amount in pass through SHAR transaction (Doc ID 3050517.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Interbank settlement amount gets reduced (by charge amount) for charge bearer SHAR on click on enrich for Incoming SWIFT pass through RTGS transaction

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Interbank settlement amount should not get changed for charge bearer SHAR on click on enrich for Incoming SWIFT pass through RTGS transaction

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In UAT of latest production image
2. Select Incoming pass through RTGS transaction
3. Click on Modify, enrich and check Interbank settlement amount gets reduced.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, wrong amount getting settled with RTGS.

Changes

 Application changes will have new parameter PASS_THROUGH_CHG_BEARER and this need to set as 'DEBT' for charge bearer as SHAR transaction.
