OBTFPM - Customer Instructions Screen Not Present (Doc ID 3050563.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBTFPM - Customer Standing Instruction not present

In Customer Instructions tab of LIDTRONL, there is no option to add the instructions in the screen. And it is suggested to use, Customer Standing instruction in OBTFPM
But in OBTFFPM, there is no such screen in Menu.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customer Standing Instruction Screen is not present in OBTFPM


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBTFPM
2. Move to Maintenance section under Trade Finance
3. No menu option for Customer Instruction


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the instruction screen in menu
