OBVAM - Able to Edit in View Corporate Specific Account Number Range

When user is opens a record in from View Corporate Specific Account Number Range, system is opening the details of the Record but in editable format.
User is able to edit the field, which is incorrect.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not allow user to edit from view screen.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on View corporate specific account number range.
2. Click on view and load the existing record.
3. It's a view screen but allowing the user to edit the record.
