Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The maker can make any teller transactions for any amount.
We want to show an error message immediately for the Maker Level if the transaction amount exceeds the CASA's balance or denomination not sufficient for the respective teller.
But the system shows an error message for the checker level.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show errors at maker level itself.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a cash withdrawal transaction.
2. Verify whether system showing error at maker level itself.
