OBCFPM - In Credit Proposal Initiation, Creating the Sub Facility under Facility is throwing error.

In Credit Proposal Initiation flow when users are creating the Liability, Facility and Sub facility, users are getting error as “Value for field Main Line Code is not valid”


ERROR

INVALID-001 - DU2 - Value for field Main Line Code is not valid


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a new application for Credit Proposal initiation
2. Create Liability, Facility and Sub Facility al together
3. Click on Submit
4. System is throwing error

Due to this issue, users cannot create new Facility, sub facility and liability
