OBTFPM - Shipping Guarantee Issuance Islamic

Issue in Islamic shipping guarantee, during enrichment stage, at advice screen users are getting the error 'Duplicate user reference number' as attached.
Same when we try two or three new contracts also.

LCUPLD-048 - Invalid document code
ST-SAVE-054 - Failed to Save
ST-VALS-013 - Invalid Value BOL for Field Code for Code-BOL


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate an Islamic Shipping Guarantee
2. Move to Data Enrichment Stage -> Advice Screen
3. System is throwing error

Due to this issue, users cannot complete the DE stage.
