STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Month end liquidation is scheduled for IC product
2. IC resolution and interest calculation happening as per expectation
3. ILIQ event fired in month end
4. Accounting handoff failed with error AC HOF 20 for currency precision
5. We can see that ictb_deferred_entries is having decimal precision more than the defined one in ccy definition
6. Expectation is that entries shall be updated as per decimal precision and accounting handoff shall be successful
