LCDGUONL- Delete Linkage Details(loan) is neither allowing nor throwing any validation error (Doc ID 3051303.1)

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LCDGUONL- delete Linkage Details is not deleting the Loan linked


One LG contract with partial claim payment from loan saved and authorized and loan created and linked to contract

Loan is liquidated before de-linking. User cannot de-link the liquidated loan



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After saving the row should not be linked to contract if successfully saved

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.go to LCDGUONL search after reference press execute queries
2.press Unlock
3.go to linkage details press "Loan" option
4.delete the row "regarding loan contract
5.press ok
6.Press Save button ctr saved successfully.
7.Go to LCDGUONL and search and press execute query
8.press Linkage details Tab press loan option , row with reference loan is still there.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find any reason to keep the deleted row back on linkage
